Our forte is one-to-one personal training and buddy training.  Programs are tailored based on individual's fitness level, goals and needs.


Core Training

Core is like the pillar of our body.  Core exercises include movements that activate and strengthen muscles that help to stabilise and control the spine.  Training these muscles help prevent injuries as well as aches and pains in our bodies.


Powerplate Fitness Training

Designed to apply the science behind our body's natural response to instability, the Power Plate technology uses a consistent, safe and controlled level of vibration that moves in different dimensions to deliver various benefits, e.g. improved muscle strength and power; improved flexibility and range of motion; reduced appearance of cellulite, increased bone density; improved circulation, cardiovascular and cardio respiratory functions; improved balance, mobility and strength among the elderly and inactive population; reduced visceral Adipose Tissue (fats) among overweight and obese patients; decreased body fat and increased lean muscle tissue in postmenopausal women and many more.

Pre & Post Natal Training


Exercise is good for everyone, especially if you are a mum or mum-to-be.  Our pre-natal program preps you for the body changes happening during pregnancy and prepares you for a smooth childbirth.

Post-natal workout are carried out 6 weeks after natural birth and 8 weeks after Cesarean birth (with medical clearance).  This program focus on getting you back in shape, strengthening your core and work on issues like diastasis recti (also known as stomach separation).


Kids & Teenagers Training

Help your children stay active by finding an exercise plan that fits with his or her schedule.  Gym exercises help build their self-esteem and enjoy well-being.  It keeps them away from electronic devices, improve their postures and general fitness.  

Exercising in children also help them focus better in school, especially for kids with special needs like ADHD etc. 


For male 16 and above, program is designed to prep them for National Service.

Senior Functional Training

Research has shown that physical activity is the number one contributor to longevity.  It not only adds years to your life, more importantly it adds life to your years. 


Senior functional training focus on the seniors" ability to lead an independent life with ease, working on their stability for fall prevention and the ability to carry out daily chores with ease.
