Some symptoms of people with a weak core are bad postures like slumped shoulders and/ or an inability to stand or sit straight. Another indicator is back pain which comes from a lack of strength in the opposing abdominal muscles.
Core is like the pillar of our body. Core exercises include movements that activate and strengthen muscles that help to stabilise and control the spine. Training these muscles improves our posture, help prevent injuries as well as aches and pains in our bodies.

Pre & Post Natal Training
Exercise is good for everyone, especially if you are a mum or mum-to-be. Our pre-natal program preps you for the body changes happening during pregnancy. Focus is on strengthening and stretching muscles required to prevent aches and pain like Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP), upper/ lower backache and prepares you for a smooth childbirth.
Post-natal program focuses on getting mummies back in shape. strengthening core and pelvic floor muscles as well as working on issues like diastasis recti aka stomach separation.
Many people have the misconception that golf is a simple sports played by "Uncle/ Auntie", thinking that it does not requires much fitness level.
On the contrary, in order to play well in golf, many components are required: flexibility training, golf-specific strength training, core strength for stable/ balanced rotation and powerful swing and exercises to prevent muscle compensation and injuries are some of the important elements.

Kids & Teenagers Training
