Core Training
Core is like the pillar of our body. Core exercises include movements that activate and strengthen muscles that help to stabilise and control the spine. Training these muscles help prevent injuries as well as aches and pains in our bodies.

Exercise is good for everyone, especially if you are a mum or mum-to-be. Our pre-natal program preps you for the body changes happening during pregnancy and prepares you for a smooth childbirth.
Post-natal workout are carried out 6 weeks after natural birth and 8 weeks after Cesarean birth (with medical clearance). This program focus on getting you back in shape, strengthening your core and work on issues like diastasis recti (also known as stomach separation).
