As a professional Personal Training team, our main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. Our method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. Our aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
Founder and Co-Founder
Caroline and Daryl were one of the pioneers in the personal training field. They had ventured out in 2006 to start up their own boutique gym as many people at that time, especially women, were intimidated by the then male dominated mega gyms. Being grandparents of 3 and parents of 2 adults, Caroline and Daryl's focus is on family fitness and overall wellness, that is, aging well through the golden years, minimising health issues, bodily aches and pain and having good quality of life.
A Little About Our Trainers
Caroline believes in life, we should learn to take good care of ourselves so we could better care for our loved ones instead of being a burden to them. She specialises in women fitness, pre-post natal, golf fitness and is good with senior clients. She has a vast interest and knowledge in nutrition and supplementation and is also good with trigger points massage and manipulations.

Daryl has a sincere and open approach to life. He is unpretentious and what you see is what you get. His specialises in postural alignment, muscle compensation correction, senior/ kids, pre-National Service fitness as well as gold fitness. He is good with bone alignment and trigger point as well.
